I’m super excited to be starting as a visiting PhD student in the Petsalaki group at EMBL-EBI, from November 2024 through April 2025. We’re working on explaining why response to CRISPR knockout/RNAi knockdown is indicative of drug response in some cancer cell lines, but not in others.
